AGM Follow-up

I would like to thank the members who came out for our November 27th AGM. Unfortunately we didn't have enough people turn out to meet our quorum requirements so we weren't able to carry out any MFRA business. We will have to have a follow-up AGM, most likely in the second half of January.

Susan Rogers of the District of North Vancouver Parks Department was kind enough to present a summary of what the District has been working on with regards to Mount Fromme and what their plans are with respect to parking, traffic, and the trails. She has made her presentation available to us. Those of you who weren't able to make it to the AGM, please take a moment to look through the presentation. You will find the parking and traffic related information starts on page 11.

Call for Board Members

We will be chosing a new Board at the November 27th AGM, with that in mind I would like to take this opportunity to invite our members to become more involved in the residents association by becoming Board members. The Board of the MFRA is a small, friendly group of people dedicated to the improvement of our community. We meet on the first Thursday of each month. Your input and involvement will help ensure our community's proper representation.

Interested members, please email our board at board@frommeresidents.ca and/or come to the meeting on the 27th.
